Oopsies do happen. We are here for you.
- All glasses, frames and lenses, are covered by a free 1 year damage replacement warranty. In the event a damage claim is made, we will issue a replacement. Please note, we do not cover lost frames.
To claim your frames damaged, simply contact support and report them damaged. We will email you a prepaid return label so that you can send back your damaged frame. We will then send you a new pair of glasses. We do not just replace the frame, or just replace the lenses. We ship a complete pair of glasses. Also, we don’t want you to be without your glasses, so we do offer cross shipping.
